Self contained helmet cameras provide a simple set-up for getting low to medium quality helmet camera footage. They are all-in-one units that record onto memory cards and don't have any cables. The video quality is suited to watching back in small computer player windows and for making you-tube style videos. Due to the size and shape of self contained helmet cameras, mounting options are limited.
